Working principle and process of packing belt production equipment

Packing belt production equipment consists of powerful extrusion main machine, auxiliary auxiliary machine, extended cooling water tank, oven, traction embossing unit, double configuration tape unit, and split type automatic temperature control electrical cabinet. The forming part is composed of a screw barrel, a head and a die.

Working principle of strapping production equipment

The plastic enters the barrel of the packing belt production equipment, and is plasticized by the rotation of the screw to reach a flowing state; the plastic passes through the die to form a shape, passes through the first cooling water tank, enters the first traction roller for stretching, and passes through the oven to enter the second The traction roller is re-stretched, and then enters the embossing wheel after being cooled by the cooling water tank for the second time, and finally enters the stress relief oven to eliminate the tensile stress. After that, it is cooled by the cooling water tank, the moisture on the packing belt is cleaned, and then the tape is rolled.

Workflow of packing belt production equipment

1. Barrel temperature setting: 120 ℃ --150 ℃ for the first section of the fuselage, 150 ℃ --170 ℃ for the second section, 220 ℃ for the third section, and 250-280 ℃ for the nose. The raw material enters the barrel through the hopper to be heated, and the original embryo is extruded through the screw.

2. The cooling tank cools and shapes the primary and secondary die dies. The temperature of the blank is very high after it exits the machine head, and it should be immediately cooled in water, because the isotactic polypropylene is easy to form a crystal structure under rapid cooling, and the molecular structure of the crystal is relatively loose. It is easy to stretch the orientation to obtain high-quality products. The cooling water temperature is generally controlled at 35-45 degrees, and the distance between the die mouth and the water surface is preferably 15-45 mm.

3. Enter the oven for secondary heating for stretching; the purpose of stretching is to improve the longitudinal strength of the strapping and reduce the elongation.

4.Upper oven three times to eliminate tensile stress;

5. The upper water tank is shaped after eliminating thermal stress;

6. The surface of the product is embossed by embossing rollers and then sent to the upper water tank or upper oven; the stretched packing belt is embossed after passing through two patterned pressure rollers, and its role is to increase friction during use. Does not slip, looks good from the outside.

7. The forming of the upper water tank is conveyed to the tape winding machine through the third traction.

Packaging tape production equipment components use:

1. The first traction is composed of a speed regulating motor, a reducer, a chain drive, and a traction roller. It conveys the shaped embryos to the oven.

2. The embossing machine is driven by a speed-regulating motor through belt drive, chain drive, and gear drive to the second traction, to the embossing, and to the third traction.

3. The second traction re-stretches the preheated primary embryo through the tension rod, and simultaneously conveys it to the embossing roller;
