Analyze the cause of working noise of plastic steel belt equipment

In the test run or production of plastic steel belt equipment , the test run noise does not exceed 85db (A). This noise standard is a major indicator in the production of packing belt production equipment, and it is a comprehensive reflection of the manufacturing quality and assembly accuracy of plastic steel belt equipment group parts. When this noise value is too high, the first step is to check whether the fastening nuts are loose, and whether the belt of the pulley and the pulley are scratching the safety cover. These places are prone to problems in handling and transportation, and do not belong to the quality problems of packing belt production equipment.


1. Rotating and friction sound of screw of plastic steel belt equipment in barrel

① Large concentricity error between screw and barrel assembly.

② The verticality between the end face of the barrel and the flange of the base and the centerline of the barrel is relatively large.

③ The screw is bent and deformed, and the straightness of the axis line is greatly different.

④ The assembly gap between the screw and its supporting transmission shaft is too large, and the misalignment error is large when rotating.


2.The cause of the relatively large gear transmission noise of plastic steel belt equipment

① Gear manufacturing accuracy is not high, and the gear tooth moment error is large.

② The centerline error of the transmission shaft of the gear is large. When the center distance is small, the gear drive gear meshing interference noise is generated.

③ The accuracy of the rolling bearing supporting the gear shaft is low.

④ The parallelism between the centerlines of the two transmission shafts is too poor, so that the gears cannot be properly meshed for transmission.

3.The cause of the larger noise caused by the belt drive of the plastic steel belt equipment;

① The clearance between the inner hole of the pulley and the drive shaft is large.

② The manufacturing precision of the pulley is low, and the runout of the end face and the outer circle is large.

③ The installation positions of the two transmission pulleys have end faces that are not on the same plane, and the error is large.


4. The reason why the gear motor of the steel belt equipment rotates loudly

① Larger and lower rotor bearings.

② The straightness error of the axis line of the rotor shaft is large.
